

EIRMA (European Industrial Research Management Association) membership consists of over 150 of the largest industrial enterprises that conduct R&D from 20 European countries. EIRMA members include ABB, BASF, Danone, Electricite de France, Fiat, Nestle, Nokia, Procter & Gamble, Shell, Siemens, Solvay, Unilever, Volkswagen, Volvo, and many other sector leaders known for the innovation activity.
EIRMA’s objective is to strengthen the position of European industry and increase its competitiveness. EIRMA promotes the highest standards in R&D and innovation activity through open exchange of experience between its members and through disseminating knowledge on management of research and science.
Since 2004, the Technology Partners Foundation has been the only Polish member of EIRMA, taking active part in its work. It has also organised a number of EIRMA meetings, including The Environment for Industrial Research and Technology Transfer in Eastern Europe, the Association’s 2004 Annual Conference, which took place in Krakow, as well as a meeting of IPR Working Group, held in Warsaw in 2008, and the international task force on Effective Global, Open R&D, which met in Warsaw in 2008.
